Thanks for your interest.

The Goddess Worship Service meets on the 2nd Monday of every month at South Valley Unitarian Universalist Society (SVUUS), located at 6876 South Highland Drive (2000 East), Salt Lake City, UT 84121. The Service starts at 7:30 p.m. (but it's best to get there 15 to 20 minutes earlier for a good spot). Allow a couple of hours for ritual; we also have a social time afterward to give everyone a chance to talk to one another, make friends, eat munchies, ask questions, and/or peruse the Community Information Table.
The OOLS' Services are free, although we accept donations to help cover the cost of room rental. You don't need to bring anything, we'll provide any materials that might be useful for workings. You'll get an "Order of Service" at the door with an outline of the ritual, words to chants, readings, and announcements.

Although this is Goddess-only ritual, it is not a woman-only gathering. We usually have between 35 and 45 folks attending, with about 1/3 men. Kids are OK if parents wil be responsible for them.

Our services are very open and accessible, because they are drop-in — anyone who is interested in learning more about the Goddess in her many guises is welcome. No particular skills or knowledge is required, just an open heart and mind. This is not coven-work, but a temple-style practice — usually devotional in nature — that allows you to get to know a different Goddess each month, learn about Her, and see what She has to offer in this day and age.

Services are Wiccan-structured, EXCEPT when we are basing the ritual on known cultural forms familiar to a particular Goddess. The structure of the Service is often the same every month, but readings, chants and activities will vary with the Goddess we are honoring.

"All are welcome at the table of the Goddess, those who seek Her, and those who have already found Her." (from the OOLS liturgy)
